BREAKTHROUGH

Margie worked at Dow Chemical for 27 years as an office administrator, technician and People Systems Advisor. She worked for Do All, Inc for 7 years training adults with disabilities to learn skills and help them obtain jobs in the community. She was a general manager at the City Market in Bay City, a marketplace with 20 vendors and 8 individual shops she managed. Margie has a passion for helping people and when the leadership opportunity  at LFA presented itself she knew she wanted to grow her own skills to be able to help people on yet another level. Margie lives in Bay City Michigan she has one adult son and 2 dogs. She loves being out in nature and traveling.

As a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan Steven spent over 25 years working for Fisher Contracting, helping them grow sales from $8M in 1996 to over $75M in 2021. Discovering Dave Ramsey in 2015 changed his life and set him on an encore career path in financial coaching/advising. To date he has coordinated ten Financial Peace University classes and has completed the Financial Coach Master Training. His passion for numbers and helping people motivated him to study, sit for, and pass the Series 65 – Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam in 2019. He joined Brown Financial in 2019 as an Investment Advisor Representative. His mission is to help people discover financial peace by guiding them on how to eliminate debt, build wealth, and protect it. His passion for people, experience in leading companies, coaching athletics, and leading volunteers motivated him to also join Leaders for America in 2022 as a head coach.
